An accused thief is tortured and murdered with his mutilated body left out in plain view for everyone to see as a message.
A man's body was discovered early Wednesday morning by motorists along the sidewalk at the Benito Juarez Monument in Nuevo Laredo.
Along with the body, a sign with a message saying this is what will happen to those who target cars, stores, and the innocent.

about time citizens take action. since they get little help. we should line up all the cartel and start doing this to all of them. and yes CG the child molesters too.
