Alleged 'career criminal' caught with stolen tailgates

Laredo police arrest a man they call a career criminal.
Thirty-one year-old Rodrigo Flores was arrested late last night near Arkansas and Saunders after a 911 call to police.
The caller told police the tailgate of a Ford F-250 truck had just been stolen and dark colored truck with a loud muffler was leaving the scene.
After police canvassed the area, they later stopped Flores and found three tailgates in his truck, along with his own wife and child.
A search of his home revealed another one.
He was arrested on charges of theft of property.
Flores has been arrested a total of 23 times before on various charges.

He is probably "connected" his "connections" keep getting him out of jail soon enough the Laredo Police Doop-artment will hire him, he just hasn't been able to put in his aplication. Laredo needs to get serios about really convicting these criminals all they do is give slaps in the hand and as they walk out a lolipop and a "thank you, come again" note. But don't let them catch you withou an insurance god knows they dont' want to enforce that on mexican citizens although imposing that to americans is unconstitutional just as imposing medical insurance is... wait a minute so why doesn't that get booted out too??!!
