Candidates for the Webb County Democratic Primaries continue to attempt to cancel each other out and with the printing of the ballots just around the corner the question remains, just whose names will appear? The latest, officials say attorneys for Beckie Palomo are trying to stall that printing process to assure she stays in the race. Webb County officials confirm that Palomo's attorneys filed a motion for a temporary injunction to stop the printing of the ballots until the supreme court can rule on her eligibility. She's trying to stay in the race for 341st District Court Judge, this after a recent complaint filed against her claiming she did not meet the requirements to run due to lack of years in practicing law. Webb County's Democratic Party Chair says shes been asked to authorize the ballots by this coming Wednesday but the ruling of a Judge would determine what happens next.
