Police respond to a burglary in progress call early Friday morning and end up finding one of their suspects in the trunk.
Nineteen-year-old Arturo Ledezma Gonzalez, 20-year-old Carlos Guzman and 24-year-old Juan de Dios Cardenas Rios were all arrested Friday morning for allegedly breaking into a nationalization business in the 500 block of Tesoro Lane.
A security guard called police just after three in the morning, stating he heard someone inside the building and then saw three suspects running out with a bag.
When police arrived two of the three suspects were found hiding underneath cars in the parking lot.
They also found the getaway car, but as they were about to tow it away, the trunk popped open and the third suspect jumped out and began running.
He was quickly caught.
The business owner says about $80,000 was inside the bag taken and one of the suspects is an ex-employee.
The three men face several charges.
