Cross Dressing Career Criminal Arrested

By KGNS News

He’s the career criminal Laredo Police have been on the look out for all week long.
But, last night officers got a lead and arrested the cross dresser, with multiple aliases, who was wanted for credit card fraud.
Police located 51-year old Mario Carlos Ramos on the 1200 block of Del Mar Boulevard.
Ramos also goes by the name Cynthia, Melissa Rodriguez, Robert, Elisa, and even “The Lion King.”
The change of name police say, made it even harder to find him, as well as the fact that he frequently changes his look.
Police were searching for him since earlier this week.
They tell us he's been arrested and charged at least 44 times in the past.
This time Ramos was arrested on four counts of credit card and debit card abuse and taken to Webb County Jail.
