Man Arrested for Fracking Spill

By KGNS News

It's not the first time citizens have a reported a fracking spill on our roadways.
This morning Laredo Police track the driver of a truck they say is responsible leading to his arrest.
Officers took into custody Benito Castañeda after a spill reported earlier this month on Highway 359.
Police says the 49 year old was carrying a full load of fracking material before the incident.
There were no accidents but the spillage did lead to a portion of the highway being blocked off.
Castañeda is currently in Webb County Jail.
