Democratic candidates to draw for ballot placement

By KGNS News

Webb County’s Democratic primaries are just around the corner.

The executive committee is already preparing for the drawing that determines the way candidates are positioned on the coming ballots.

That drawing is expected for Monday at the Ambassador Event Center at 6 pm.

Democratic party officials are emphasizing that anyone carrying political signs will not be allowed on the premises.

i just want to comment on this matter and on others too. just wanted to say why is it that only when people are running for candidacy they want everyones vote???? it seems they want the latino vote like the running candidates for presidency. i would love that something is really done for the communties in whole and not worry only about themselves. also i do want to congratulate the mayor for all of his hard work. laredo is a pretty tough growing city and it takes more than one man to do it. in addition i want to recognize doctors hospital and lmc for all of their outstanding doctors and staff(not all) but most of them. i would love to have dr. serrano(gastroenterologist)for her true love and dedication to all the children of laredo. in addition to all of those professional and nonprofessional people who do for laredo and not only for themselves.
