Family dispute ends with pick ax attack

A man is attacked with a pick ax early Friday morning, sending him to the hospital and another man to jail.

Twenty five-year-old Rodolfo Juarez was arrested in the 3200 block of Pecan after allegedly attacking a family member with a pick ax.

Juarez was found in a nearby creek.

The pick ax was recovered.

Why did he use a pick ax (axe) because he didn't have a gun.
