We start off our newscast with reports of another serious accident on Loop 20.
Just a short while ago.
This one resulting in the transport of five patients to the hospital.
That accident also involving a Laredo Police Officer.
It's our top story at ten.
This is the scene where Laredo Police are still at this moment directing traffic at the intersection of Del Mar and Loop 20.
It's at that stop light that two vehicles reportedly collided.
And while the amount of damage caused to those cars does not appear extensive.
Paramedics tell us that a female in her mid teens believed to be riding in the back of one of those cars did sustain blunt force trauma and has been rushed to Doctors Hospital.
Details are still vague but it has been confirmed that a Police man was also involved in that accident.
