Four hostages rescued in Nuevo Laredo

Four people are rescued after being kidnapped more than a month ago.
The Mexican Secretary of Defense says two men and two women were liberated from their captors who had them in handcuffs and shackles in a Nuevo Laredo home.
Soldiers, acting on a tip, went into the house looking for a drug stash. Instead they found the four kidnapped victims.
Two men were arrested. The Mexican military seized two automatic weapons and lots of ammunition.
Kidnappings are commonplace in Nuevo Laredo with very few positive outcomes.
