It's a sad story. The kidnapping of a 7 year old child out of Garland, Texas leads to two arrests right here in Laredo. Police say young Laura Esperanza Andrade was taken from her home in Garland during morning hours on Monday. On screen is a picture of 40-year-old Diana Peinado who has been arrested along with her 16 year old son in suspicion of the kidnapping. The catch is, police say, she is the mother of Laura. However, she does not have custody over her. And as of yet, Laura is still no where to be found. Crime stoppers are offering up to $5000 for information leading to the recovery of the missing child.
