we are no longer attracting mexican shoppers anymore because most of them (who have the means) already are living here and in other border cities..wasn't that the plan in the first place?

Couldn't have said it better...WE NEED CHANGE LAREDO!!! Change the leaders, and we will SEE change... We can't keep the same leaders who were or have ties to Laredo when it used to have a population of 60,000. To begin with, Laredo is bursting at its seams in traffic. Have you noticed that Laredo is no longer trying to attract people from Mexico to come here and shop at our stores? Traffic is just the tip of the iceberg. We need leaders with new ideas...

Rick Flores, Galo, and others that have been in office and are no longer in office. There was a reason why they didn't win re-election. Also, if you would like change in laredo, quit re-electing the same people. Helllloooo!!!! Vote for someone else. That why laredo is always in a hole and we get nowhere electing the same idiots.

Laredo does not need the same politicians that keep laredo as a beacon of corruption and nepotism. Young people in Laredo must to stop this pattern for their own good and future.
