Some major developments in the investigation of a body found by lake Casa Blanca Park,
Laredo Police are now ruling the case a homicide and are asking for the publics help in tracking down the alleged killer.
It's our top story at ten.
Homicide detectives and Texas Rangers began working the case early yesterday morning and have identified the body spotted by two joggers on a dirt road.
According to the latest the victim is a 25 year old man from Honduras.
They say he suffered stab wounds to the upper torso.
Officials have not released the males name until next of kin is notified.
Investigators believe the body was dumped at the scene shortly after the murder took place since it showed no signs of being decomposed.
Police say the killing of this Honduran man is Laredo's seventh homicide of the year.
Still more information from Laredo P.D. detectives say they have a suspect in this case and have released a photo of the person they believe is responsible for the killing..
Police are looking for this man.
They tell us hes 32 year old Amadeo Guzman.
Officers have already issued a warrant for his arrest.
He is believed to be five feet eight inches tall weighs around 165 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes.
Although this photo shows he has tan skin hes being identified as having light skin tone.
