Police have arrested a man they say caused an accident that killed a man back in April.
28-year-old Joel Estrada was arrested on charges of criminal negligent homicide.
Police say he did not have any drugs or alcohol in his system the day of the crash.
Officers did find he had been driving on the wrong side of International Boulevard when he hit a pick-up head on.
Robert Javier Marquez died at the scene that Sunday morning.
Estrada was not seriously hurt.
He was arrested and taken to jail.

Put them in the same cell? Next thing they you know they will be breading more road missiles. Brilliant!!! Wish I would have thought of it!

He should be placed in the cell next to the Sandoval drunk-driving girl repeat offender (who left a victim with brain damage). Oh, that's right, that girl's father is an attorney, so she's out "on probation." Too bad this guy's daddy isn't connected.
