According to Laredo Police, 22-year-old Emilio Zamora stole a police officer's business cards.
He's accused of using the name and logos on the cards to create a fake police identification badge with his picture on it. He then allegedly went to the local Cheers Cocktail Bar last night where he flashed the false ID claiming to be an officer. Someone saw him and called police. As for the real police officer who had his identification stolen, there's no word on his remarks.
Zamora was arrested at the bar and taken to Webb County Jail where his bond was posted at $750.

Mr. Just is asking about not presenting "a badge" ya moron or just for sake of answering back and puke out anything your "clever and crafty" hint of a brain thinks of to dissect. For your sake Mr./Mrs. Sooooo Smaaarrt then yes technically it is not a POLICE BADGE made oofff metal and aahh..its shiny and uuhhhits is usually but not always stuck on or (iim sorry) pinned to a leather wallet type or may even be hung from the neck with some sort of chain worn aroooouund the neck. I hope I got that right but I know somewhere in there I know I may have been wrong again. Happy Thanksgiving Moron.

"create a false identification badge with his picture on it" idiot... not a POLICE BADGE. These are two very different things. Anyway, Whoever called the real police on this guy was right to do so.

Just Cause or maybe Just Read, Please re-read small article (not very long) and there are some words that say something like "create" "false" "badge" and "flashed". Ring any bells?
