A 67-year-old man is taken to jail after being cited several times for being a noisy neighbor and not showing up to court.
Juan Manuel Castillo was picked up on a warrant yesterday.
Police reports indicate that he is being charged with four counts of noise nuisance, because of complaints of his wrecker service business being too loud on four separate occassions.
Normally only a citation is given, but Castillo never showed up for any court dates.
Police say there have also been other warrants for Castillo for dengue fever prevention violations, zoning ordinance violations, approval of wastewater discharge violations, garbage and litter on private property, among many others.
He was taken to jail on a seven thousand dollar bond.
