Police have arrested a man accused of sexually abusing a very young child.
Twenty six-year-old hector Eduardo Arriaga was arrested early Thursday morning for the aggravated sexual assault of a four-year-old boy.
Police say Arriaga knew the young victim and took advantage of the child.
Reports indicate that the child was left in the care of Arriaga back on December 24th.
The child's mother noticed the little boy was behaving very differently and was not himself in the days following his visit with Arriaga.
The child eventually told his mother what had happened.
Child Protective Services is now also handling the case.

accused? Find him guilty first, then report on it. Anyone can be accused of anything. I'm not saying I support what he is accused of.

The testimony of a 4 year old is enough acusation. But Anonymous is right. They should have waited the outcome to report it. They have everyone's mugshots except the judge's, funny.

If I was the mother, I would have killed him first then report it and turn myself in for murder.

Being accused is one thing, being actually guilty is another, but in our society, it's more like you're guilty until proven innocent (and by then, guilty or not, your name and reputation have been dragged through the mud). Anyway, I highly doubt a 4 yr old would lie or fake something like this. I just hope everyone around that little boy was properly investigated to make sure they have the right person.

@Anonymous Kill him first then turn yourself in for murder? Then you'd be in jail and your traumatized kid would be without his mother. You're an idiot.

I dont think its idiotic, I think it's heroric and a selfless act. The way the justice system is they will probably give him a couple of years in jail, which he will be housed, feed, and gets to sleep all day, and then eventually he will get out, where as if he is just executed, it will not only bring justice to me and my child, but will prevent him from doing this to another child. Yes jail time is a possibility but it is a sacrafice I would be willing to take to ensure justice was served and the safety of future children. But thats just me. You have your opinion I have mine.
