Laredo Police made a major arrest tonight for yesterday's early morning murder where a man's body was found burnt inside an SUV. Four suspects are behind bars tonight. That includes 52 year old Juan Rangel, 32 year old Mario Alberto Velasquez, 20 year old Jose Ricardo Flores, and 32 year old Juan Carlos Marizcal. All four men were arrested after the body of 29 year old Gustavo Benavides was found inside a burnt brand-new black SUV found on the 2200 block of McClelland. The suspects are charged with both murder and engaging in organized crime. Each is in custody on a $1,000,000 bond set by Judge Oscar Liendo.

OMG Laredo "BOY" exactly ur a boy not a man and so you dont know anything about life..grow up! if thats what you were trying to say.. but yes you are right they are not animals because some animals are more compassionate and smarter..so what should we call those things??

1,000,000 bond reduced to 10,000. Only in Laredo. Lets keep the criminals on the street as long as they don't kill one of them. Whoever reduced it must be getting a kickback from the bondsman.
