The City of Laredo is moving some of its offices to a brand new location and City officials say the move will come with many benefits for the public.
The new City Hall Annex Building at 1102 Bob Bullock Loop will open to the public on Monday, at the former location of the Paul Young Dodge dealership.
It will house the Tax Offices and Utilities Department among many other departments.
City residents will now able to make payments at this new building, instead of going all the way to City Hall to do so.
The new location also offers more parking, and in the future, will offer drive-thru lanes for payments.
The building will also serve as the City Fleet Services Department where City vehicles can be maintained and repaired.
New bus routes to the facility will soon be available.

Nice to see that when Mr. Young is in financial problems and about to lose everything the city of laredo bails him out by buying this building. Way to go corrupt politicians.
