Laredo police need help finding a man they say purchased a computer with a stolen credit card.

The transaction was made at Wal-Mart on Loop 20 on April 4th.

Witnesses say the alleged thief was driving a gold S.U.V.

Why should I care who he is or where he's at. Tell Walmart to go find him. They are the ones who let him get away with it.

My cards all say "please ask for ID" in the signature line yet RARELY do I get asked for ID. Sometimes I point it out but... if left up to the cashier, they don't bother to check.

if business would ask for I.D. the card would have not been used. as for me if this ever happens to me i would be suing the store for not asking i.d.

They won't do that. It would take away 20% of their business.

This is why Walmart along with other stores need to validate the name on the card with the ID of the person doing the purchasing!!!!
