A lawsuit against Commissioner Frank Sciaraffa and Webb County filed by Sara Jo Davila claims the commissioner forced her to perform sexual favors in order to keep her job.
Judge Danny Valdez and Commissioner Sciaraffa were formally served on Monday.
County officials approved the County Attorney's Office to represent Webb County during Executive Session at Commissioner’s Court on Tuesday. An outside council will represent Commissioner Sciaraffa.
Davila is not requesting a particular monetary amount at this time.

I am disgusted by this nonsense, these guys need to learn to share, all they have to do is say "come in here and do it" I on the other hand (no pun intended) have to go to the back streets near downtown and pay and take the chance(s) of getting caught or catching something. NOT FAIR

I guess Sara felt she either does sexual favors suck a ---- or get another job or possibly get federal assistance. She could have easily walked away, lose her job, save her pride and dignity as a woman and found another job to support her family.No one forced her to do that SHE IS AN ADULT THAT COULD HAVE WALKED AWAY - THERE ARE OTHER WAYS TO MAKE A LIVING AND STILL BE A LADY.
