Second Arrest on Rollover Death

Now onto another case that's also being ruled a murder.
This one involving a roll over on Bismark Street that started out with the smuggling of illegal immigrants.
Laredo Police have made a second arrest.
Our Carolina Garcia joins us with the latest.

Adriana a second arrest is confirmed by Laredo Police.
We are told he is a Nuevo Laredo resident 29 year old Bernardo Palacios.
He is sad to be the alleged coyote who brought the undocumented immigrants into the U.S.
Today Palacios is charged with murder.
Police say more arrests are pending.
Prior to the arrest of Palacios a 17 year old was also arrested for murder days after the rollover accident which claimed the life of one person.
Cesar Gonzalez is charged with murder in the first degree and one count of engaging in organized criminal activity.
Gonzalez was allegedly the guide for the undocumented immigrant who died under his watch.
Late Tuesday night witnesses say Border Patrol agents were following an S.U.V until it hit two mail boxes and crashed.
Two of the passengers had to be flown to San Antonio due to the severity of their injuries.

Read the article, one undocumented immigrant died as a result of the crash. How many felonies do you want a person to commit before they get charged with first degree murder. Better yet, i hope you are standing in front of the next accident these dirtbags cause. Time to thin out the herd...
