Special inside look at alleged drug house after raid

By KGNS News

A multi law enforcement agency investigation leads to a massive raid of an alleged drug house in Central Laredo.

It happened earlier tonight in the 1600 block of Kansas Street.

A spokesperson with the Webb County Sheriff's Department says it comes at the end of several days of investigative work by the Sheriff's Department narcotics unit with ICE narcotics agents.

We're told deputies were able to seize approximately 500 pounds of marijuana, as well as one firearm they believe to have been stolen.

A total of five people were arrested in this case: Four men and one woman.

Officials with the Sheriff's Department say this is part of a series of investigations, in collaboration with other law enforcement agencies in the community.

I guess this non story is more important to comment on than the baseball stadium. No pro news at it's best. Whoever decides on what stories get to be commented on should be fired. I'm going to go read some real news where everything can be commented on. Losers.
