This time of the year we can really say that Christmas is right around the corner.
In an effort to bring last minute shoppers into their stores, many businesses are extending their business hours.
Mall del Norte for instance extended their hours from 7 AM to 11 PM with some of their stores even closing at midnight. One customer says: “That’s cool. That’s pretty cool.”.
With all the shoppers looking for that perfect gift, there are other stores, that this year are going an extra mile. Best Buy representatives say starting on Thursday they will not close their doors until 7-pm on Christmas eve. A Best Buy Manager says :"24/7 we are opening on thursday at 8 in the morning and we are not closing until 5 in the afternoon on saturday".
He tells us this is something that was done in the past but , this year the best buy on san dario will be the only one to remain open 24/7:"this time will be the stores in Brownsville, McAllen, this store in specific in Laredo and some stores in San Antonio also."
Some customers say this is very convinient, especially for those that come from out of town. This customer traveled from Guadajara to shop here in Laredo and says :"I think it's fantastic, because for people like us that come from out of town, we have the choice to go to the store at any time and be treated with good manners. there is always time for everything".
Toys R' US confirms they will also be open day and night while Target has extended their business hours until midnight. Some store reperesentatives tell us they will not close their doors until the last customer walks out: "but if there is a customer coming in, we are gonna open the store for the customer coming in"

I don't rage on the internet like some fanboy. I don't take anything serious on the "internetz", but it seems you do, considering the quality of your reply. I suggest you reaffirm you life issues, it seems like you have a considerable amount.

River Drive Mall is closed, I thought. There is only one mall in Laredo and that is Mal Del Norte. Zorba? Is that the homosexual bar downtown? Weiners, sounds like a hotdog store, never been to any of these places, seems like you have though.
