Teen Arrested for Credit Card Abuse

A 17-year-old has been arrested on charges of credit card abuse, after he's caught using a card that had been stolen after a home burglary.
A woman said the card had been stolen from her home during a burglary.
Police say 17-year-old Miguel Angel Duque was tracked down after he began using that card.
The purchases weren't major, and included an eight-dollar purchase at Royal Laser Wash, 13 dollars at Whataburger, and 42 dollars at Wal-mart, all on the same day.
The purchases were enough to lead to his arrest.

this lady needs to sue the stores for not asking I.D. this is a problem if stores would ask for I.D. no one could charge!!

Mom and dad must be so proud.....Or maybe they're angry because he was caught before they could share the profits of his crime. They should be sitting in the same cell with him. Take respondibility for your looserly son. Do something other than say he hangs around with the wrong crowd or you've tried your best but he is out of control. Let him stay in jail. Make him work and take responsibility. Pay the lady that was robbed for all the damages he did and apologize for your lack of parenting. Stand up. Do the right thing, and make your son fix his mess.

If stores asked for ID they would see a 70% decrease in business. It's all about the money here.
