Webb County Jail Inmate Captured after Escape

Law enforcement in Laredo on high alert tonight trying to find an inmate that escaped from the Webb County Jail.
Webb County Jail inmate, 19-year-old Joel Garcia, escaped through a window on Monday night. The window was on the bottom floor and appeared to be a janitor’s closet.
Garcia was incarcerated for theft and burglary and is known to be a drug addict.
He was captured around 10:30 p.m. Monday on the corner of Clark and Seymour.
He escaped around 6:30 p.m.
The police department spotted him, and after a short chase, arrested Garcia.

Nice security. He basically just walked right out. Maybe we can resurrect the three stooges and get them to provide security. At least they wont bring heroin in the jail.
