The wife is guilty. He was killed somewhere else. That's why from the very beginning, she was saying his body probably isnt there. Come on! guilty as sin. And it's a shame, he looked like a really nice man. What is this world coming to. What would they want with his body anyway. Give me a break!

Since when do the cartells respect gender,male or female it makes no difference to them. If they want you,your DEAD!. Wheather its true or not now its only a matter of time when it will be and we're getting a good look at how both sides of the border are or arent reacting.It's interresting though that the mexican government knows that the cartells are holding that area, and havent sent it's military there.

I think she is lying I don’t believe anything at all, for me she killed him somewhere ales and has no way out. I don’t understand anyone who has just lost her husband to be very calm like if nothing has happen. She is taking advantage of the situation that Falcon Lake is going thru. Tiffany or some else killed him and she knows something push harder and be tough on her until she brakes. So they shot him in the head while riding a jet ski,maybe 30 to 50 MPH, What a shot!! Yet her ski has no holes? How much life insurace did he have? No ski? no body? Why would the cartel want him? where's the profit? Where's the motive?

I hope and pray her story is true, we do not have the right to judge her. There are many things that could have happened and unless you are right there going through it, we need to wait patiently. I don't know how life insurances work, but I would think if there is no proof of a deceased love one, the insurance becomes null and void.

I thought right from the beginning her story did not add up.First why would you stop in the water when you are being sprayed with bullets?And it was three boats.Now she states its 2 boats and now she says people were pointing guns at her,no more bullets.I think she is lying and taking advantage of the situation in mexico.

If Zapata County deputies are true investigators, I think it should show up on their investigation that they performed a gunshot powder residue test on this woman after she mentioned her husband got shot.

After listening and reading the diffrent versions of the woman's story, I have the feeling she wants to get away with murder. She picked Mexico, which is the perfect place and perfect time. No body, no evidence, I like to know how much is his life insurance policy and what she will be doing a year from now. I am almost certain there is more to this story.
