Investigator In Hartley's Death Decapitated
The lead Mexican investigator looking into the disappearance of American David Hartley on Falcon Lake has been killed.
Now Tiffany Hartley is urging Mexican officials to continue the search for her husband despite the possible danger.
Tuesday, as the two week investigation into the murder of David Hartley continued, a local Mexican police commander was found dead, decapitated.
Wednesday a Mexican newspaper states that the governor of the state of Tamaulipas is asking Hartley's wife to come down to Mexico to make a formal complaint about the incident.
Eugenio Hernandez Flores said in the article that they have used all of their resources in a search that lasted more than five days and they did not find David Hartley's body.
Flores also stated that in order to continue helping the Hartley family they will need to make that formal complaint at any police station in the state of Tamaulipas.
