Man Found Hanging From Nuevo Laredo Bridge

We go across the border now where there are reports of a body hanging early this morning from a bridge in Nuevo Laredo known as “El Puente Negro”.
A Narco-Manta was found nearby connecting this crime to the ongoing turf war between feuding drug cartels in Nuevo Laredo.
Little is known about the person other than it was a male victim hanging from a noose.
