Leaders in Nuevo Laredo come together for a press conference to talk about those fourteen people found dead last week across the border.
The victims, believed to be zeta cartel members, had signs of torture., were cut up into pieces and left in a vehicle in front of Nuevo Laredo City Hall.
Nuevo Laredo Mayor Benjamin Galvan joined other city and state leaders to condemn the act, which they say only serves to terrorize and paralyze the city.
A message was left along with the bodies last week , believed to be from Sinaloa Drug Boss "El Chapo" Guzman declaring war against all his rivals, the zetas.
It threatened anyone involved with the Zetas to beware.
All together fourteen bodies were found butchered and left inside ten plastic bags
The victims were all men between the ages of about 30 to 35 years old.
