Nuevo Laredo Shopping Center Shooting

By KGNS News

We start off our newscast with news out of the Sister City.
That's from where unofficial reports are coming from of gunfire once again breaking out in a busy part of Nuevo Laredo.
It's our top story at ten.
Phone calls started coming into our newsroom about one hour ago.
That's when we started hearing of a gun battle breaking out in Colonia Reforma in a mini mall in the South part of the city.
Social media is flooded with citizens claiming explosions occurred at or near a Walmart there.
Others were alerting about armed men releasing fire inside a Peter Piper Pizza.
Citizens are warning each other to take precaution at Kilometro 13 on Carratera Nacional in Nuevo Laredo.
It is unclear if there are people injured..
Again all this is unofficial as of now.
We'll work on bringing you the latest as information becomes available.

When said other country is one bridge span away from our country, we should be aware of what is occurring there.

Nice details once again. I just talked to a guy that was at the WalMart over there at the time when this supposedly broke out. He said he didn't hear anything. Whats up with that?
