Water Therapy At City Recreation Center

A new recreation center is providing more opportunities for locals to get the therapy they need.
The City Parks and Leisure Department and Ruthe B. Cowl Rehabilitation Center are teaming up for aquatic therapy sessions at the Haynes Recreation Center Pool.
Council Member Esteban Rangel made the announcement this morning saying the city decided to get on board with the program to make lives better for Laredoans.
Ruthe B. Cowl began sending patients over for sessions this morning.
They say the organization and patients alike are excited about the opportunity.
