Edgar Vasquez and Jaime Tovar, talk about the upcoming Bully Showdown. The event will be a confirmation competition to judge which dog is the Best in Breed. About 52 kennels from around the nation will be present as well as Marco Suarez, owner of the first Bully dog champion, he will be honored for popularizing the breed. Dave Wilson, owner of the American Bully Kennel Club will be present, as well as, Tania & Mariah from Animal Planet's show, Pitbulls & Parolees.
The event will be this Saturday, August 13, 2011 at the Laredo Energy Arena at 6700 Arena. Doors open at 10:00 AM, while the competition officially starts from 11:00 AM through 6:00 PM. Entry fee is $13, but free for children 12 and under.
