It happened early this morning at Loop 20 and Clark.
41-year-old Antonio Caudillo was pronounced dead at the scene after driving head on from the south bound lane of Loop 20 into the north bound lane.
Police say he was behind the wheel of a Grey Chevy Pickup when he veered into on-coming traffic.
Thats when he collided with a white Chevy Impala and a tractor trailer truck.
The driver of the impala was transported to Laredo Medical Center.
A toxicology report is pending, but police say he may have fallen asleep behind the wheel.
