A former city of Laredo employee is now working for another town.
Larry Dovalina, the former city manager of Laredo... has been hired as the interim administrator of Cotulla.
Dovalina will fill the vacancy left more than a month ago.
He was handpicked by mayor Joe Lozano... after the municipal elections in may.
He served the City of Laredo for twenty-nine years... in a number of capacities, including city manager for six and a half years.
