The Laredo sector of the border patrol is growing.
Twenty-one future agents graduated from the academy today.
They’re part of the approximately 500 new agents who have been added to the agency in the past five months.
Shanna Chamberlain comes from Austin, Arkansas and is the only woman in the group.
She says that's not slowing her down.
There are over fifteen hundred agents in the Laredo sector of the border patrol.
