What was supposed to be a quick cross turns into an embarrassing headache.
Ryan favorite says he was just trying to get back onto I-35 after unloading his truck.
He says he saw parked train cars ahead and thought he wouldn't be able to get over the tracks so he chose to go down a wider street.
That’s when he got stuck over the tracks at the corner of Santa Rita and Park.
"It looked safe enough for trucks even though it had a sign down there and now i found out why they have the sign that says no trucks unfortunately."
Favorite was not cited.
An officer on the scene said the damage done to his truck and towing charges are punishment enough.
