A Laredo man turns himself in to police after he's wanted on sexual assault charges.
40-year-old Roberto Vela is accused of sexually assaulting the victim back in June.
The victim filed a complaint with the police department and a rape kit was processed and entered into evidence.
Vela was taken to the Webb County Jail on a 250 thousand dollar bond.
