A woman is run over on the city's north side and is in critical condition in a San Antonio hospital.
Police are searching for those responsible and have now identified the woman.
Police are still searching for the persons or person responsible for hitting a woman with their vehicle in this parking lot early this morning.
It all began with an altercation of some sort here at the Bleu Room at the intersection of Del Mar and Springfield police say they are still investigating but at around 2 this morning an incident occurred leading to that hit and run.
Police have now identified the woman as 21-year old Afton Miller she was flown to University hospital in San Antonio after she didn’t regain consciousness.
“The injuries described by paramedics were described to be multiple trauma injuries ... possible head trauma which are always considered to be serious. The patient was unresponsive at the time of the incident and when she was transported she didn’t regain consciousness.
Police are still investigating at this point and looking for anyone involved... if you have any information please contact police.
