Gulf Cartel offers reward in Michoacan bomb attack

Mexican soldiers in Nuevo Laredo take down eight billboards addressing the attacks of September 15th in Michoacan.
In the billboards there is a message giving names of leaders of a cartel group called "La familia".
The messages were posted by the Gulf Cartel, offering a five million dollar reward for any information of the leaders whereabouts.
