The Webb County District Attorney's office has dropped trespassing charges against Roberto Galvez.
Police arrested the Univision sports anchor after he was found passed out and disoriented inside a North Laredo home.
Residents there claimed Galvez had entered the home without their permission.
Investigators interviewed witnesses at the home but couldn't find enough evidence to support the case.
Galvez had claimed that he was kidnapped and drugged but police say charges filed by Galvez have also been dropped.
