First on 8: Border Patrol chase ends in rollover

An early morning Border Patrol pursuit ends in a chase.
Border Patrol was following three men in a red Pontiac after a report of suspicious activity at a ranch off U.S. Highway 83.
Border Patrol agents pursued the vehicle after a short chase the vehicle lost control flipping over several times near a rest area.
All three men in the vehicle were transported to Laredo Medical Center with minor injuries.
After searching the vehicle border patrol agents found 359 pounds of marijuana.
Once released from the hospital the men will be charged.
The drugs were turned over to DEA.
