Mexican soliders ambush drug gang members

Mexican army soldiers ambushed three suspected drug gang members Friday near the U.S. border in the same area where 21 people were killed earlier this week.
A Mexican army spokesman said the three gunmen opened fire on the soldiers near a farm town near the U.S. border and El Paso.
Friday’s violence followed a number of gun battles that occurred on Tuesday.
Mexican authorities believe the hit men were working for Mexico’s most wanted man Joaquin "Shorty" Guzman.
More than two thousand people died last year in this province alone.
