There's new information now on Monday's fatal train accident in the small town of Aguilares.
The Webb County Medical Examiner says a toxicology test will be performed on the victim.
Dr. Coreen Stern says a toxicology test is standard procedure in this type of case.
Results from the autopsy are expected to be complete this afternoon.
35-year-old Ruben Lujan was traveling to a job site when he was hit by a train and killed.
The Bruni resident was driving a pickup and pulling a generator behind him, while trying to cross the railroad tracks near Elm and Cleveland.
An employee with Kansas City Southern Rail Road Company... says the cargo train was heading west... when the two collided.
There are no crossing arms or warning lights at the location.
The branch manager for Benchmark Distribution leaves behind a wife and two young children.
