Driver charged in fiery accident

We have more on the car accident that brought traffic to a stand still on Del Mar yesterday.
Police officers responded to a call at six thirty that a pick-up truck swerving through traffic hit an SUV.
The pick up truck then crashed and burst into flames, starting a grass fire.
The driver of the pickup truck failed a field sobriety test and was arrested.
The driver has been identified as Rochelle Jeanne Brake.
She registered a point zero eight on a breathalyzer exam and was charged with driving while intoxicated.
