Fire claims life of 7-month-old

A seven-month-old baby is killed in a house fire in Nuevo Laredo.
Inside the home were four children age five, three and two years old as well as the seven month old.
According to reports the fire was caused by one of the kids who was playing with a lighter.
Neighbors say they could hear the kids screaming for help so they risked their own lives to try and rescue the kids... But they could only save three.
They were not able to save the baby not even the firefighters got there in time to save him.
The children said the mother left them alone in the home while she was at the store.
The remaining children are now in protective custody.
