Police track down the vehicle that hit a Laredo police officer, driver still on the loose

The search continues for the suspect involved in a hit-and-run accident with a Laredo motorcycle police officer.

Police say they found the red Mazda pick-up this morning.

The traffic officer was hit near the intersection of Loop 20 and Campos at around 5 pm on Wednesday. He was taken to the hospital with a possible arm fracture.
