LISD and Telemundo gearing up for "Coat Them With Love" drive Saturday

As the nights get increasingly colder, so does the need for warm apparel by students in Laredo.

This year, the Laredo Independent School District is teaming up with our sister station Telemundo Laredo to take donations in their "Coat Them With Love" campaign."

"It’s an organization or campaign that is geared toward providing coats for our less fortunate students in the Laredo Independent School District."

The drive will be held tomorrow, Saturday, November 7th in the parking lot of the WalMart on Loop 20 between 10 am and 1 pm.

They will be accepting donations of gently used or new coats.
