Suspect arrested after fighting a cop and trying to take his gun

A chase with a police officer leads to a scuffle where the suspect attempts to take the officer’s service weapon.

According to reports, the situation started with a domestic dispute at seven in the morning.

When police arrived, 20-year-old Oscar Guerrero took off in a black Mustang.

Officers gave pursuit, with the chase ending at the riverbanks, where Guerrero abandoned his car.

When the officer tried to apprehend him, Guerrero put up a fight, even trying to take the officer’s gun several times.

He’s currently in the Webb County Jail on charges of evading arrest and attempting to take an officer’s weapon.
