Suspect fights cop to keep stolen beer

What would have only been a citation now has a man facing two felony charges for stealing beer.

46-year-old Humberto Gonzalez stole an 18-pack of Natural Light, worth about $14, from the Stripes store on Arkansas.

The storeowner called police, and when they located the man he refused to give up the beer, and actually resisted the officer.

Gonzalez is now facing a theft charge and two felony charges: resisting arrest and retaliation.
